Kumikasei’s policy
Kumikasei's business covers wide range of the designing, R&D, manufacturing of the resin and rubber parts for auomobile and motorcycle, and covers manufacturing the plastic parts of OA devises, home electric appliances and light electrical appliances. Based on these activities, we aim to become a company trusted by local society and stekeholders and to consider the impact to the environment by our activity, product and service and to regard the environment management system as one of the most important subjects. As described above, we take an action for the "continuous improvement" to raise the performance.

We establish and practice the environmental purpose and target including reduction of greenhouse gas emissions to the extent economically and technically feasible with evaluation to the environmental impact of business activities, products and services, including the biodiversity conservation and including the promotion to management of chemical substances contained in products.

Kumikasei promote EMS continuous improvement.

Kumikasei make effort to prevent environmental pollution due to the leakage of oil, liquids, etc. in case of an accident or emergency.

Kumikasei clarify and comply with environmental legal requirements and other requirements. In addition, we work to comply with overseas environmental laws and regulations positively.

Kumikasei accomplish the reform of sense for the environmental protection by informing the environmental policy and environmental information to all the employees of Kumi-group and all the people who work for Kumi-group through the environmental education and internal activity.

Kanto Plant
｢Kanto Plant invited Maebashi Senior Special Needs School｣Kanto Plant invited the students and teachers of Maebashi Senior Special Needs School on November 6, 2021. 10th grade 25 students and 13 teaches joined, and we described which parts we are manufacturing to the automobile. In addition, 3 grouped visited plant tour and looked around manufacting process. Everyone listened closely and it was impressive to see the students enthusiastically taking notes in their notebooks. We would be grateful if they could raise employment awareness.

R & D division
｢Activity for the Red Feather Community Trust Fund's｣R&D division collected donations for the Red Feather Community Trust Fund's. 16,413yen was collected in 2020 ficical year. This amount was a top of companies in Haga district, and received offer to deside the fund allocations from Haga-machi social welfare council.

Suzuka logistic center
｢Collect used stamps｣Suzuka logistic center collected 2,317 used stamps in 2020 ficical year. This activity started from April 2019, and we are providing to social welfare council. Used stamps bought by the appraisal/buyback company, and the sales made donations for the Red Feather Community Trust Fund's.

Head Office
｢Blood Donation Activity｣In October 2020 and March 2021, Kumikasei head office conducted blood donation activities at Akihabara F blood donation room. 11 employees participated this activity and donated 400ml each of them. Other employees who could not participate this times hope to be next oppotunity, and we will continue this activity.

Activities of the association to protect the village of Miyata fireflies
At the Kanto Factory in Gunma Prefecture, we participate in the local volunteer group "Miyata Firefly Village Protection Association". In order to protect the ecology of fireflies that live in the Miyata area, this group carries out habitat and walking paths throughout the year.
Our employees also participate in habitat waterway maintenance and mowing. In addition, we are deepening exchanges with local people through activities such as releasing Kawanani with local elementary school students and holding hands-on learning sessions for underwater biological surveys. -
proposal activity to share the parts and the raw materials
At our design engineering division(Tochigi prefecture), we make a proposal to share the parts and the raw materials to reduce the environmental impact. In these activities, we aim to eliminate the loss that occurs in case of mold changes and materials changes.
